Natural pimple prevention and acne treatment

Before we proceed to our main topic,there are few things that I want to clear out about pimple and acne.Have you ever wondered why most of us suffer from pimple?I will answer and explain things step by step to you based on my research.



What is Pimple? (zit,hickey)
a small round, usually inflammatory swelling or elevation of the skin that commonly caused by clogged and infected pores that usually result acne.
Pimple is one of the results of excess oil that getting trapped in the pores and some of the varieties are pustules or papules.Pimples may appear as deeper lumps almost anywhere in our body including the face, neck, chest, back and sometimes shoulders.

CAUSES
Inside the pore are sebaceous glands which produce sebum. When the outer layers of skin shed (as they do continuously), the dead skin cells left behind may become 'glued' together by the sebum. This causes the blockage in the pore, especially when the skin becomes thicker at puberty.The sebaceous glands produce more sebum which builds up behind the blockage, and this sebum harbours various bacteria including the species Propionibacterium acnes causing infection and inflammation.

SEVERE ACNE
Severe acne can affect many facets of a person's life, causing a great deal of embarrassment and stress.Acne is an inflammatory disease of the sebaceous glands, characterized by comedones and pimples, especially on the face, back, and chest, and, in severe cases, by cysts and nodules resulting in scarring.If your acne condition is severe it can cause disfiguring and require years of treatment.

I've suffered from the same problem before,but with the help of my daily healthy routine,I am now enjoying my free skin from pimple and acne.I've found out if how helpful the things that we do and how important to choose the right food to eat daily that had solved my problem. 


Natural ways to prevent pimple and how to fade away your acne.


1.exercise
2.drink plenty of water (8glasses and more daily)
3.must eat leafy vegetables daily
4.avoid eating oily foods,instant foods and junk foods
5.yoga
6.must eat fruits at least twice a day
7.drink milk at least once a day
8.wipe away the sweat
9.use baby powder after wiping the sweat
10.avoid often touching the sensitive skin in the body such as face.
11.adequate sleep (8hours daily)
12.avoid sleeping after 1a.m
13.practice proper hygiene 
14.avoid applying harmful products on the face
15.refrain from smoking and drinking alcohol
16.wash your face with natural facial cleanser or mild soap
17.wash your whole body before and after you sleep(take a bath much better)
18.always apply lotion after body wash
19.use a cotton pad soaked with apple cider vinegar and apply to your face(it helps your acne fade away as it cleanse your dry skin and it assist to slough off your dead skin cells)
20.use chemical free products to apply in your skin.
21.avoid using make-up that isn't recommended by your dermatologist.

I like collecting funny videos from YouTube,because it what makes me feel very euphoric and it constitutes my day.There are many things that can make me happy,but collecting funny things like this is much more fun for me.Every time loneliness is on its way to attack me,I then immediately prepare funny videos to watch it all day if possible!.I'm not afraid to experience solitariness
because I only used to watch funny videos as my shield.I've tested this way before and fought the intense grief which tested my strength.These videos could be life savers to the people who feel very alone in life.HAHAHAHAHAH I'm laughing out super loud now!!!!!come and join me now!

A Beautiful You!






Many Asian women can't dare to wear a bikini,much more if she's surrounded by beautiful light-skinned women,but heeeeyyy ladies don't envy others because all things that look human are human.We must accep
t ourselves for what we are and who we are,and learn to love ourselves.

I've heard so much stories from the people just like you and it comes mostly into their minds if how to look exactly the same like models and movie artist,but it's not gonna happen;unless,you are going to spend million of dollars for face cloning that won't last long and remains unproven.Now,I would like to open this matter and wanted you to wake-up your mind,that there is no such thing as cloning.

But there are possible solutions in your problem on how to look beautiful and build extra self-confidence.

The following lines or steps needs effort.these steps are effective and it's proven by me:RC

1.)Throw away insecurities that you feel because insecurities lessen your self-confidence and it make you feel incomplete!
2.)Accept your physical beauty to live life without shame.
3.)Learn to admire and appreciate of what you have physically.(appreciate your beauty)
4.)Think of good things that life only offered to you.

5.)Live beautifully,inside and out.

Applying those simple but helpful steps have very positive effects in our lives and I'm sure that those steps makes you proudly believe that you are one of tastiest fruits in the Planet.

After those simple but needs effort steps,here are our final touches to our BEAUTY!..

:Take a bath everyday to look fresh always.
:brush your teeth  at least twice a day(after breakfast and dinner)

gargle/rinse the mouth with warm water right after lunch..
(brushing your teeth excessively and brushing too long can also lead to gum disease)

:prevent underarm odor

:prevent  foot odor

:comb your hair 

:dress presentable and decent

:don't wear smelly clothes or wear clean clothes only- to look clean and smells good!


:Talk like a lady:


:Take your vitamins(A-Z)u can buy generic drugs to avail those.
:Act like a lady- it's important to act like a lady to gain respect from others.

:Be neat and clean

let's talk about skin!



The skin is the external covering  our body.It is the largest organ of the integumentary system. The skin has multiple layers of ectodermal tissue and guards the underlying bones,muscles, ligaments and internal organs.Our skin is similar to that of most other mammals, except that it is not protected by a pelt. Though most human skin is covered with hair follicles, it appears hairless. There are two general types of skin, hairy and glabrous.It plays a key role in protecting our body against pathogens and excessive water loss.Skin is often discolored and depigmented.
Skin performs important functions in our body such as protecting our body(because it's an anatomical barrier from pathogens and damage between the internal and external environment in bodily defense),Sensation(it contains a variety of nerve endings that react to heat and cold, touch, pressure, vibration, and tissue injury),Aesthetics and communication(others see our skin and can assess our mood, physical state and attractiveness),Absorption(the cells comprising the outermost 0.25–0.40 mm of the skin are "almost exclusively supplied by external oxygen),Excretion( sweat contains urea, however its concentration is 1/130th that of urine, hence excretion by sweating is at most a secondary function to temperature regulation),Control of evaporation(skin provides a relatively dry and semi-impermeable barrier to fluid loss:Loss of this function contributes to the massive fluid loss in),Heat Regulation(the skin contains a blood supply far greater than its requirements which allows precise control of energy loss by radiation, convection and conduction),Water resistance(the skin acts as a water resistant barrier so essential nutrients aren't washed out of the body).


Most of us were not blessed with Perfect skin,but there are helpful tips to make a change.Having beautiful skin makes us more confident.For me,You need to do an effort if you want to achieve beautiful,healthy,smooth and radiant skin.Many ladies have tried countless skin care products,but still nothing's changed.It is essential of maintaining fresh appearance of the skin to cure skin problems.

Proper skin hygiene is important because unclean skin favors the development of pathogenic organisms. The dead cells that continually slough off the epidermis mix with the secretions of the sweat and sebaceous glands and the dust found on the skin form a filthy layer on its surface. If not washed away, the slurry of sweat and sebaceous secretions mixed with dirt and dead skin is decomposed by bacterial flora, producing a foul smell. Functions of the skin are disturbed when it is excessively dirty; it becomes more easily damaged, the release of antibacterial compounds decreases, and dirty skin is more prone to develop infections.(citation needed),

Cosmetics should be used carefully on the skin because these may cause allergic reactions. Each season requires suitable clothing in order to facilitate the evaporation of the sweat. Sunlight, water and air play an important role in keeping the skin healthy.
 I know that many people suffer from skin problems and this had pushed me to share the following tips to those who needed it.

Copy the following tips and do it daily,I'm sure that you'll be surprised!


  1. Eat plenty of leafy vegetables and fruits ~ mentioned foods produces its juices that skin and body needed
  2. Drink plenty of water ~ it helps clearing our skin and flushing out toxins from our body.
  3. We must eat the right kind of food ~.( Avoid junk food, instant food and fast food)
  4. Refrain from smoking and drinking alcohol.~ Smoking will destroy vitamin C in our bodies while drinking alcohol will expand our blood vessels and can cause red spot's and itchiness.
  5. don't get stressed too much ~it can cause instability in our hormonal system which leads to acne.
  6. Use sunscreen lotion ~ (look sunscreen that protect against UVB and UVA and must also have SPF minimum 15).
  7. Adequate sleep for 6-8 hours daily ~ Skin nourished during good quality sleep.
  8. Exercise ~ makes blood circulation good that brings more oxygen to our skin..
  9. Use a cotton pad soaked with apple cider vinegar ~ cleans your dry skin as it assists to slough off dead skin cells.
  10. Apply organic olive oil  ~ moisturize your skin before sleep.
  11. Wash your skin with chemical free skin cleanser or lotion ~ remove excess oil from your skin surface.
  12. Meditation and yoga ~ good relaxing practices helps to maintain good looking skin.
  13. Avoid sleeping after 1 a.m  ~ it makes your skin looks dull, unattractive and dry.
  14. Avoid using skin care products which contains harmful ingredients!...
